Job Summary
The Golf Seasonal Maintenance Worker I-III positions involve maintaining the Town-owned golf course through manual level work. Responsibilities include performing upkeep and maintenance under the Golf Maintenance Supervisor and operating equipment such as sand pro bunker rakes and trimmers. Qualifications include the ability to perform heavy manual tasks, follow directions, and effectively operate equipment. For Worker II, a High School Diploma or GED equivalent and one-year experience is preferred; for Worker III, two to three years of experience is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Possession of a valid Colorado Driver’s License preferred
- Satisfactory completion of a driving record check and criminal background check prior to commencing employment
Desired Qualifications
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Ability to follow both oral and written directions
- Ability to perform heavy manual tasks including lifting, carrying, pushing and/or pulling objects and materials of 50 pounds or more
- Skill and dexterity to operate equipment such as sand pro bunker rakes and trimmers
- Ability to physically access work sites to perform duties in various weather and environmental conditions
