Job Summary
Conduct tour-level club fitting experiences by reading, interpreting, and explaining data points from launch monitors like Trackman and Sam Putt Lab. Build golf clubs to tightest industry tolerances using Build-Shop equipment while operating Salesforce and Microsoft Office systems. Grow business metrics through relational selling methods and maintain customer relationships by overseeing studio and personal client fittings. Uphold brand standards by keeping workspaces up to code and perform other duties as assigned. This role offers hourly pay of $19.23 to $24.04 plus commission and performance bonuses, with comprehensive benefits including PTO and health insurance.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with club fitting and launch monitors
- 1+ years in sales experience
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. at a time
Desired Qualifications
- College degree preferred
- Experience selling custom golf clubs preferred
