Golf Sales Associate - Uinta Golf

Job Summary
Promotes and maintains a store culture aligned with Worldwide Golf’s values, including the “Sure No Problem” philosophy. Responsibilities include: maintain awareness of golf product knowledge, terminology, merchandise promotions, demo merchandise and sale advertisements; evaluate customers’ needs, apply knowledge of golf equipment features and benefits, and make recommendations on the right golf equipment for the customer; educate customers on golf products and help them compare differences to make an educated decision; operate launch monitor and golf simulator equipment to provide data during in-store experience; assist with floor moves, merchandising, and keeping the sales floor organized and clean to Worldwide Golf’s standards; research merchandise availability via computer database; requisition merchandise from the stockroom and take inventory of stock where needed; once fully trained, recognize and suggest ways to improve processes; perform any other duties as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
- Golf knowledge/background is required
- Any experience working in the golf industry is a plus (entry-level candidates will also be considered!)
