Job Summary
Promote and maintain a store culture aligned with Worldwide Golf’s values, including customer-centric service, and educate customers on golf products. Assess customer needs, explain golf equipment features and benefits, and help customers compare options. Operate launch monitor and golf simulator to provide data during the in-store experience. Assist with floor moves, merchandising, and keeping the sales floor organized and clean. Research merchandise availability, requisition stock, and participate in inventory tasks. Once trained, identify ways to improve processes and perform other duties as assigned by management.
