Job Summary
Golf Sales Associate at Edwin Watts Golf (Worldwide Golf) with base pay plus commission. Part-time role promoting a store culture aligned with Worldwide Golf’s values and the “Sure No Problem” philosophy. Responsibilities include maintaining golf product knowledge, evaluating customer needs, recommending equipment, educating customers on products, operating launch monitor and golf simulator equipment, assisting with floor moves and merchandising, researching merchandise availability, and aiding process improvements. Requires standing/moving in-store, ability to use computer systems, and flexible hours. Golf knowledge is required; experience in the golf industry is a plus. Required Qualifications
- Ability to spend work time standing or moving around the store. Physical activities include bending, stooping, lifting (up to 15 pounds), carrying, walking and/or reaching on a frequent basis.
- Have a working knowledge of word-processing, spreadsheet, inventory, internet and order processing systems.
- Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates.
- Golf knowledge/background is required
- Any experience working in the golf industry is a plus (entry-level candidates will also be considered!)
