Job Summary
Promote and maintain store culture consistent with Worldwide Golf's values by evaluating customer needs, applying product knowledge, and recommending the right golf equipment. Educate clients on product differences to facilitate informed purchasing decisions while operating launch monitors and simulators to provide valuable data. Maintain sales floor organization through merchandising, floor moves, and inventory management, ensuring all merchandise is available via the computer database. Perform any other duties as assigned by management. This part-time role includes flexible scheduling and requires physical stamina for standing, lifting up to 15 pounds, and moving around the store. Candidates must have a working knowledge of inventory and order processing systems.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to spend work time standing or moving around the store
- Physical activities include bending, stooping, lifting (up to 15 pounds), carrying, walking and/or reaching on a frequent basis
- Have a working knowledge of word-processing, spreadsheet, inventory, internet and order processing systems
- Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates
- Golf knowledge/background
