Job Summary
Conduct daily sales by evaluating customer needs, recommending golf and ski equipment, and educating shoppers on product features and promotions. Operate launch monitors and simulators to provide data-driven insights during in-store experiences. Maintain sales floor organization through merchandising, floor moves, and inventory checks while researching stock availability via database systems. Apply product knowledge to help customers make informed decisions and suggest process improvements once fully trained. Work varied hours including weekends as business dictates.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to spend work time standing or moving around the store
- Physical activities include bending, stooping, lifting (up to 15 pounds), carrying, walking and/or reaching on a frequent basis
- Have a working knowledge of word-processing, spreadsheet, inventory, internet and order processing systems
- Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates, including one day on the weekend
Desired Qualifications
- Golf knowledge and/or ski knowledge is preferred but not necessary
- We are looking for avid golf or ski enthusiasts
- industry experience is NOT required
