Job Summary
Golf Professional at Dick's House of Sport focused on building a robust student base through high-quality instruction, swing analysis, and personalized lesson goals. Act as a Trusted Advisor for golfers, collaborate with Certified Fitters to integrate fitting and club technology, and contribute to community outreach to promote Dick's House of Sport experiences (Fitting, Lessons, Club Tech). Must stay current with industry trends, multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and help drive financial and metric goals. Virtual interview process includes camera-on requirements and prohibits AI tool use; background checks may be required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1-3 years experience
- Active PGA of America Class A or LPGA member in good standing
- 3+ years knowledge of club-fitting through experience and/or OEM training
- PGA of America Class A or LPGA Member in good standing, Apprentice Level 1,2,3 or interested in becoming a PGA/LPGA Member through our PGA/LPGA Associate Program
- Trackman Level 1 & 2
