Job Summary
Golf Professional at Golf Galaxy responsible for building a robust student base through high-quality instruction, identifying swing strengths/weaknesses, and acting as a trusted advisor to students. The role involves delivering coaching, customizing lesson plans, collaborating with Certified Fitters to support fittings and teach-through the Lesson/Club Tech experiences, and engaging in community outreach to promote the Golf Galaxy experience. Requires ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail/golf environment, staying current with industry trends, and maintaining passion for golf equipment and technology while guiding students toward their goals.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1-3 years experience
- Active PGA of America Class A or LPGA member in good standing
- 3+ years knowledge of club-fitting through experience and/or OEM training
- Trackman Level 1 & 2
