Job Summary
Golf Shop Attendant provides hospitality and golf-club service, handles tee-time reservations in person and by phone, oversees outside golf operations and staff, keeps the pro-shop and office area organized, processes cash transactions, manages inventory, opens/closes the pro-shop, assists guests with cart rentals, prepares carts and range ball orders, and trains guests in safe cart operation while performing other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Preference for candidates with golf education background
- Demonstrated track record of providing exceptional customer service
- Flexibility in schedule including availability for evening and weekend shifts
- Must exhibit a strong willingness to learn and participate in new golf programs
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
