Job Summary
Maintain golf carts, assist with bags, and ensure the cleanliness and order of golf facilities. Provide exceptional service to Members and guests to ensure an enjoyable golfing experience. Perform duties including lifting heavy items and operating carts while adhering to golf etiquette and basic terminology. Work 40 hours per week with weekend availability required. This seasonal full-time role supports the Talon Tribe culture at Rehoboth Beach Country Club, offering staff meals and club privileges.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Ability to lift heavy items such as golf bags
- Ability to operate golf carts
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Weekend availability
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in a golf or country club setting
