Job Summary
Stage golf carts in a clean and organized manner, ensuring they are ready for use. Clean golf carts thoroughly before and after use, charge them, and return personal belongings to the golf shop. Maintain the cart barn cleanliness and organization while reporting any damage immediately. Set up driving range bag stands, supply balls, and wash retrieved balls before their next use. Perform opening and closing tasks, including securing carts and range balls, and retrieve broken carts from the course. Rotate carts to maintain even usage and perform required maintenance. Actively assist members and support professional staff with on-course and range services. Works a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, while complying with club policies.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to understand and follow verbal/written instructions
- Must be able to use tact and understanding when dealing with a variety of customer service problems, including stressful and highly emotional situations
- Must have the ability to manage a diverse workload and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Must be highly organized and be able to handle multiple tasks and deploy resources effectively
- Ability and/or experience driving a golf cart
- Valid Driver License required
- Continuous standing and walking
- Works a variety of shifts, as needed to include nights, weekends, and/or holidays
Desired Qualifications
- Golf knowledge preferred
- Customer Service Experience preferred
