Job Summary
Greet members and guests upon arrival, offering facility information and assistance. Manage golf carts through preparation, staging, and cleaning, while loading and unloading bags and equipment. Monitor course, driving range, and surrounding areas for cleanliness and order. Assist with tee time inquiries, course conditions, and equipment rentals, maintaining accurate records. Collaborate with the golf shop and other departments to ensure seamless service. Conduct periodic checks against club standards, reporting issues to supervisors. Collect and clean golf balls at the driving range as needed. Work outside in varying weather conditions, including hot and humid environments, while lifting up to 30 pounds. Maintain flexibility for holidays and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing outstanding customer service.
- Demonstrate the ability to listen to and follow through on requests and instructions.
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Possess strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Be able to lift and move objects up to 30 pounds.
- Be able to walk varying distances throughout the day, including up and down inclines, sometimes while carrying heavy objects.
- Be able to work outside in varying weather conditions, including hot, humid weather.
- Be available to work a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends.
