Golf Ops Starters / Players Asst (Seasonal)

Job Summary
Greet golfers and guests as they arrive at the starter house; use tee sheet to organize the order of play at the 1st tee; provide course information including cart restrictions and pace of play; monitor and enforce pace of play; communicate with maintenance; distribute practice balls; track cart numbers and starting times; maintain starter area cleanliness; ensure guests check into the pro shop; assist with equipment and facility needs; provide water and refreshment setup; be familiar with the Resort and be able to answer questions or direct guests; adhere to grooming and dress standards; follow environmental practices; perform other duties as assigned by golf operations management; outdoor, hourly, seasonal work with variable hours (6:00 am – 10:00 pm) and physical demands; background check and drug screen required.
Required Qualifications
- Must have previous knowledge of golf course operations and etiquette
- Customer service experience helpful.
