Job Summary
Greet members and guests professionally while directing them to appropriate locations. Perform back shop duties including bag storage, club cleaning, and maintaining a constant supply of divot mix. Operate golf carts for towing, staging, and driving to the half way house, and manage range operations by setting up and taking down stations. Assist with tournament setup and execution alongside professional staff. Maintain constant communication with pro shop and inside staff while following all health and safety policies.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess strong work ethic – hard working, enthusiastic, self-motivated, positive attitude teamwork skills
- Comfortable with working under extreme weather conditions, including; hot and cold temperatures, high winds, extreme rainfalls, lightning
- Effective communication skills – listening, understanding and responding
- Commitment to working in a safe manner at all times- able to lift up to 50lbs
- Provide the highest levels of service to members and guests and anticipate needs
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Previous golf course experience is an asset
