Job Summary
Process customer reservations and expedite check-in for golf course guests. Collect green fees, cart fees, and other revenue via the POS system, then issue receipts and reconcile daily registers. Arrange shop inventory, pack supplies, and take messages as directed. Perform related duties assigned by the supervisor. This role offers friendly, expedient service to guests while supporting golf shop operations at Bay Creek Resort in Cape Charles, VA.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one to three months of related experience and/or training
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- friendly and positive personality
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- basic computer skills
- dependable
- strong work ethic
- Regular and reliable attendance
