Golf Operations Manager

Job Summary
Lead daily operations of the Golf Department, overseeing tee sheet management, tournaments, member events, and retail to ensure exceptional service for members, guests, and visitors. Recruit, develop, and motivate the Golf Operations team while driving revenue sales in golf rounds and merchandise. Manage commercial performance and quality assurance across all golf activities, applying strong operational focus and excellent communication skills. Report to the General Manager at Al Zorah Golf & Yacht Club in Ajman, United Arab Emirates, within a luxury hospitality environment designed by Nicklaus Design and managed by Troon.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in a previous role
- Demonstrated excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong operational focus on the member/guest experience and quality assurance
- Working knowledge of Golf, operating systems, POS and rules of golf
- Experience with financial reporting and reports in general
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to be creative in order to drive revenue sales in golf rounds and merchandise
