Job Summary
Manage daily outdoor golf operations by maintaining course safety, cleaning the driving range, and ensuring carts and equipment are available. Greet members and guests by name, resolve complaints empathetically, and uphold club policies and the mission statement. Coordinate with the golf shop for tournament setups and assist in clinics or leagues during special events. Maintain clean facilities, proper uniform standards, and accurate reporting of equipment damages. Work 98% outdoors, frequently standing, walking, or lifting equipment, while completing required training and attending staff meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Good understanding of the rules and regulations of the game of golf and proper course etiquette
- Ability to learn new skills and adapt to change
- Must strive to obtain a PGA Class A membership
- Must be present during special events to assist in clinics, leagues and/or tournaments
- Must be able to push, pull or lift using golf equipment

- Have the skills and personality to create a professional and welcoming atmosphere that meets or exceeds the exacting standards of our members
- Ability to fully explain all golf products, services and other information about the club to all guests and owners
- Maintains knowledge of current club events, activities and hours of operation, to include dining hours
