Job Summary
Golf Marshal at Edgewood Tahoe’s world-class course to greet golfers, provide course information, enforce policies, monitor pace of play, remind groups to maintain pace, report course conditions, and support the Pro Shop with tee times and status updates. Must excel in customer service, golf etiquette, and professional communication; able to work outdoors in various weather, including weekends/holidays; physical duties include lifting up to 40 lbs and standing for long periods.
Required Qualifications
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Strong knowledge of golf rules, etiquette, and course operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or golf course operations preferred
- Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Able to perform physical tasks including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
