Job Summary
Maintain golf course areas, sand bunkers, and ornamental beds by mowing, weeding, planting, watering, mulching, and pruning. Operate and maintain golf course mowers, small maintenance vehicles, and power equipment while performing preventative maintenance on assigned gear. Collect garbage, handle litter pickup, and clean bathroom facilities. Provide support to special projects and demonstrate District customer service standards. Work independently under general supervision with subject to modified/flexible schedules during high-volume periods including weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Knowledge or ability to perform basic landscape tasks or use maintenance equipment
- Ability to work independently in day-to-day operations with general direction from supervisor
- Ability to lift, carry, and/or move objects weighing ≤ 50 lbs on a weekly basis
- Manual dexterity and strength to operate power-operated equipment and machines
- Regular onsite attendance
