Job Summary
Golf Landscaper/Greenskeeper for Washington National Golf Club responsible for routine golf course maintenance and semi-skilled grounds work. Operate small hand-powered equipment (string trimmers, edgers, backpack blowers) and larger equipment (tractors, fairway units, mowers); maintain bunkers, tees, greens, and fairways; lay sod and seed; prepare soil base; manage equipment and safety. Interact with guests, provide welcoming service, and assist in keeping the course clean and well-groomed. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, work weekends/holidays, mornings and evenings as needed, and follow safety rules. Seasonal, with benefits and overtime opportunities for full-time team members; seasonal employment ends after the busy season but may return the following year. Required Qualifications
- Washington State Driver’s license, required.
- Experience in turf maintenance or related field, preferred.
