Job Summary
Operate small and large equipment including string trimmers, edgers, and tractors to maintain greens, tees, and fairways. Perform semi-skilled grounds construction by preparing soil bases, laying sod, and seeding areas. Maintain equipment by monitoring fuel levels and reporting issues promptly. Assist guests with a sincere welcome and ensure a clean environment by removing trash and clutter. Work weekends and holidays as business demands, wearing appropriate safety gear. Requires a Washington State driver's license and experience in turf maintenance. Seasonal summer employment with fluctuating hours.
Required Qualifications
- Washington State Driver's license
- Able to lift 50 pounds occasionally
- Able to work weekends and holidays, mornings, and evenings
- Dressed in uniform at the start of each shift
- Uphold a reliable and responsible work ethic
- Ability to follow directions both verbal and written
- Maintaining focus on the job at hand with a sense of ownership in quality of job performance
- Ability to follow company policy/procedures and guidelines
