Job Summary
Maintain turf and landscapes at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway and Brickyard Crossing Golf Course by executing agronomic practices, assisting in championship-level course maintenance, and supporting campus modernization projects. Participate in event preparations, execution, and cleanup for the Indianapolis 500, Brickyard 400, and other racing events under the guidance of Golf & Grounds leadership. Calibrate and apply plant protection products and fertilizers while helping schedule and follow up on projects. Work outdoors in all weather conditions, lifting up to 50 lbs, with flexible scheduling to accommodate school commitments during the Fall 2026 through Spring 2027 season.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing, or graduated with, a degree in Golf Course Management, Turfgrass and/or Horticulture Management, Sports Management, or related fields
