Job Summary
Maintain grounds and landscaping associated with the Indianapolis Motor Speedway Campus, including the Brickyard Crossing Golf Course. Safely operate power equipment to mow turf, clean grounds, remove debris, and apply plant protectant, fertilizers, and cultural maintenance practices. Assist the horticulture team in daily maintenance, landscape bed installation, and preparing the course for daily play and events. Perform cutting, trimming, pruning, and removal of trees, while establishing and planting grass, flowers, trees, and shrubs from seed, sod, and transplanting. Water lawns and turf as directed, ensuring a safe and clean work environment. Work outdoors in various weather conditions, with flexible schedules ranging from 15 to 40+ hours per week.
