Job Summary
Operate irrigation systems, manage fertilizer and pesticide applications, and relay critical information between team members to maintain greens, tees, and fairways. Assist in training seasonal staff, calibrate sprayers, and execute daily maintenance plans to ensure high course playability and turf health. Work outdoors on a rotating schedule that includes early mornings, weekends, and holidays. Requires 1–2 years of golf course maintenance experience, strong communication skills, and a valid driver's license.
