Job Summary
Greet members, check cards, collect fees, and sell merchandise in the Pro Shop while maintaining inventory and cleaning displays. Answer inquiries, reconcile daily receipts, and prepare cash reports. Stock and price items, clean the food and beverage service area, and conduct simulator training. Maintain the driving range with various equipment and serve alcoholic beverages in compliance with Arkansas State ABC and Bella Vista POA rules.
Required Qualifications
- Basic mathematical skills: ability to make change
- Basic reading and writing skills
- Ability to work in a standing position for prolonged periods of time (up to 5 hours)
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 25 pounds
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate a point-of-sales system
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of workplace safety procedures
- Close vision and ability to adjust focus
- Continual attention to details
- Excellence in Customer Service with all customers
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to perform trunk-bend, twist, rotate, push, pull, and carry movements
- Ability to perform arm's reach and leg-lifts
- Ability to adhere to all Arkansas State ABC and Bella Vista POA rules and regulations regarding the sale of alcohol and/or tobacco
