Job Summary
Conduct golf check-in reception, act as a starter on the first tee, and serve as a marshal on the course to deliver exceptional customer service. Manage tee sheets under the 4-ball policy, process payments and tournament entries via Golf Manager software, and maintain accurate records of reservations and rentals. Uphold shop inventory standards at The Arkley 9, ensure golf buggies and rental clubs remain in excellent condition with signed liability forms, and resolve customer inquiries or complaints professionally. Work split shifts from 5:30am to 10pm across weekends and holidays, with hours varying by season and sunlight.
