Job Summary
Lead the Golf Course maintenance team on the North Course to deliver championship conditions and member satisfaction. Develop and implement agronomic programs, budgets, and records; supervise irrigation, fertilization, and pesticide applications; manage water and project work; train, coach, and motivate staff; coordinate with the Director and other departments for events and course setups; ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and club standards; oversee inventories and office tasks, and participate in golf course conferences and continuing education.
Required Qualifications
- A BS, Associate’s Degree, or Certificate in turf grass management, or equivalent experience.
