Answer in-coming phone calls for golf reservations, tee times, and stay-and-play packages while providing up-sell options. Operate a multi-line phone system to handle inquiries regarding directions, club services, and amenities during guest check-in. Make outbound prospecting calls to sales leads as directed. Represent the PGA of America professionally by delivering the Standards of Excellence and creating a positive image of the golfing experience. Match products and services to guest desires via phone and website. Flexible hours available across days, nights, and weekends.
