Job Summary
Prepare the course for daily play by raking bunkers, cutting greens, trimming fairways, and applying growth enhancers. Operate electrically powered and gasoline-powered groundskeeping equipment while grading base, laying sod, and seeding areas. Excavate ditches, cut weeds, perform tree trimming, and maintain equipment cleanliness. Assist with loading and unloading materials, manage watering, and handle specialized tasks during adverse weather. Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to all safety rules and reporting violations. Requires full-body stamina, ability to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally, and outdoor work in temperatures ranging from 40 to over 100 degrees Fahrenheit. Full-time 40-hour schedule with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401K.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Physical, mental, and emotional stamina to work outdoors
- Read, speak, and understand English
Desired Qualifications
- One (1) year of experience working on a golf course preferred
