Job Summary
Oversee all golf course maintenance operations, including turf, landscaping, irrigation, and equipment. Lead the maintenance team by managing, training, and scheduling staff while developing agronomic plans to ensure high-quality playing conditions. Maintain and repair irrigation systems and drainage, and handle purchasing and inventory management within budget. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal environmental and safety regulations. Work closely with management and Pro Shop staff to coordinate course play, maintenance schedules, and events. Requires a minimum of 35 years of golf course supervisor experience, a Florida pesticide applicator license, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 35 years of golf course supervisor or assistant
- Current Florida pesticide applicator license or ability to obtain one
- Strong knowledge of Turf Eagle species, pest management, and irrigation systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed
