Golf Course Laborer

Job Summary
Mow greens, tees, fairways, and roughs to precise heights while raking sand bunkers and edge cart paths. Plant and trim trees, shrubs, and flowers, lay sod, and pull weeds manually. Safely operate power tools and heavy machinery including string trimmers, leaf blowers, tractors, and utility vehicles. Must be able to perform heavy lifting up to 50 lbs, bend, squat, and stand for long periods outdoors in all weather conditions. Available for early morning shifts starting at 5:00 AM or 6:00 AM, weekends, and holidays to prepare the course before peak play times. Previous landscaping or groundskeeping experience is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs)
- Must be able to bend, squat, and stand for long periods
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions, including extreme heat, rain, and cold
- Must be available for early morning shifts (e.g., 5:00 AM or 6:00 AM start times)
- Must be available for weekends
- Must be available for holidays
