Job Summary
Seasonal Guest Services roles at The Golf Club at Hawks Prairie involve welcoming guests, assisting players, maintaining cart cleanliness, upselling items, and providing information on hours, events, and pace of play. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or two years experience in a similar customer service environment.
- Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from guests, team members, or supervisory personnel.
- Ability to legibly write the names of guests and type them out on the keyboard.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions as to course of action.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds occasionally.
- Must be able to stand for up to four hours.
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays, mornings, and evenings as business demands.
