Job Summary
Join the Waukesha County Park System as a Park Seasonal at one of our golf courses. Responsibilities include cleaning clubhouse areas, maintaining golf cars, assisting with concessions, collecting greens fees, renting golf cars, selling merchandise, and managing on-course play. Essential skills include cash handling, following instructions, effective communication, and strong customer service. This role requires the ability to work independently or in teams, operate equipment safely, and engage with diverse individuals. Candidates must be 14 years or older and possess a minimum of an 8th-grade education.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to accurately count and handle money
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Ability to safely operate equipment necessary to perform the duties of the position
- Ability to withstand exposure to variable and unfavorable weather conditions
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, push/pull, and lift up to 10-20 lbs.
Desired Qualifications
- Recent cash handling and customer service experience
- Valid Driver's License
