Job Summary
Schedule tee times, prepare the clubhouse for opening by stocking score cards and supplies, and maintain merchandising cleanliness. Use top-notch customer service to anticipate guest needs while balancing the cash drawer daily. Clean the course and facility by picking up garbage, range balls, and equipment; operate, clean, and maintain all carts and golf boards. Sprinkle assigned irrigation areas including flowers and signage, and assist with league and event preparations. Act as a course ranger to address concerns and report unsafe conditions, adhering to all safety and health regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Friendly, positive, dependable and punctual.
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a successful team while accomplishing tasks and assignments without assistance.
- Demonstrated ability to follow written instructions.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Demonstrated use of tact, judgment and discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Highly motivated and solution oriented with a high degree of integrity, ethics and dedication to the mission of the College.
- Must be adaptable and flexible to changes in tasks, processes and locations.
- Must be able to adjust to differing weather conditions as all work is a mix of indoors/outdoors.
- Occasional lifting 25-50 lbs.
- Regular lifting 25 lbs or less.
Desired Qualifications
- Prior customer service, cart clean-up maintenance, and point of sale (POS)/cash handling, and computer/technology experience preferred.
