Job Summary
Monitor play on the golf course and politely request slow groups to speed up pace. Welcome Members and Guests to the course, reminding players of special conditions like keeping cars on designated paths. Assist PGA TOUR players, Members, and Guests with golfing needs, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience. Communicate emergency and safety information clearly when alarms sound. Provide course information, such as yardage markers, to help players navigate the layout. Observe daily standards to ensure play conditions are maintained. This role requires shifts based on business levels and involves active outdoor work with lifting up to 25 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Must be able to lift, pull or push up to or over 25 pounds
- Must have close vision
- Must have depth perception
- Must have color vision
- Must have distance vision
- Must have peripheral vision
- Must be able to adjust focus
- Must be able to comply with all applicable federal, state and local safety and health regulations
- Must be available for shifts as necessary based on business levels
Desired Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of golf
- Previous experience in a golf country club
