Job Summary
Greet customers, manage tee times, and process payments in the pro shop while maintaining inventory and enforcing course rules. Monitor pace of play, assist golfers with directions and minor first aid, and resolve conflicts professionally on the course. Clean and sanitize golf carts, stage them with amenities, and report maintenance issues to appropriate personnel. Work flexible hours including weekends and holidays, standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 pounds. Valid driver's license required for course and cart duties.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Basic computer skills and experience with point-of-sale systems
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of golf and golf course etiquette
- Ability to enforce rules and regulations in a fair and consistent manner
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Valid driver's license
