Job Summary
This role involves providing exceptional customer service in a dining setting, assisting with food ordering, preparation, and cooking daily menus including specials. Responsibilities also include sanitizing the kitchen and ensuring compliance with health department regulations, as well as planning and serving at special events. Candidates should have excellent customer service and communication skills, along with a solid understanding of food and beverage operations. Physical demands include moderate lifting and the ability to stand for extended periods, working in a kitchen environment with heat and noise.
Required Qualifications
- At least 6 months cooking experience; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or GED
Desired Qualifications
- One to two years’ cooking experience preferred with a demonstrated commitment to quality food and beverage service

- Must satisfactorily pass a criminal background check prior to commencing employment
