Job Summary
The Golf Club Fitter / Retail Sales Associate engages customers in the Hard Goods areas, maintaining product knowledge to assist in golf club fitting and recommendations. Responsibilities include conducting club comparisons, operating simulator technologies, and following fitting protocols to ensure customer satisfaction. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years in golf retail and basic knowledge of golf products and fitting principles. Flexibility in work schedule is necessary.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of golf retail sales experience
- Basic golf industry product knowledge
- Club fitting principles knowledge
- Ability to lift a 30 lb. box overhead
- Flexibility to work varied retail schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- GED or high school diploma
Desired Qualifications
- 2 years of golf retail sales experience
- 1 year of golf fitting experience
Additional Requirements
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Must climb a ladder
- Must lift up to 30 lbs
