Job Summary
Golf Club Fitter and Retail Sales Associate at PGA TOUR Superstore focused on engaging customers in Hard Goods areas (Simulators, Putting Green, Club Repair, Accessories), performing expert club fittings, and maintaining premier merchandise presentation. Responsibilities include providing world-class service, assisting with front-end operations, staying current on merchandising promotions, mentoring customers on shaft/grip/spec selections, and collaborating with team members to deliver a best-in-class customer experience using PGA TOUR Superstore fitting techniques and Trackman technology.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Retail sales experience or similar experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lb
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
