Job Summary
Ensure a clean and well-maintained fleet of golf carts by cleaning carts after use, checking tire pressure, and reporting any damage. Prepare carts for golfers by loading and unloading clubs, stocking carts with towels, scorecards, and tees. Assist golfers with cart operation, answer questions about the course, and efficiently stage and park carts to meet demand. Maintain a clean and organized cart storage area and may also clean range balls and maintain the driving range area. Greet members and guests, provide courteous service, and professionally resolve guest concerns or direct them to the appropriate manager. Be knowledgeable about facility programs and enforce venue policies. Assist with venue preparation for events, transport guests as needed, and complete special projects and daily assignments as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends, holidays, long hours) and regular attendance necessary
- Must have excellent guest service skills
- Must be detail-oriented and have outstanding organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and remain calm and focused in difficult and stressful situations
- Must be respectful and friendly to our athletes, guests, visitors, spectators, leaders, and fellow Team Members
- Must work well with others
- Must take personal initiative for the betterment of the team and venue
- Commitment to the safety and well-being of others
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds waist high
- Must be able to sit, walk, or stand for extended periods of time and squat, stoop or bend
Desired Qualifications
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
