Job Summary
Provide excellent service by engaging with members and ensuring their needs are met, while assisting guests with loading and unloading golf bags. Maintain cleanliness of golf carts and the storage area. Drive golf carts and lift up to 50 pounds. Use tee sheet and GPS software with training. Work mid-morning through evenings, weekends, and holidays. Waialae Country Club hosts the PGA Tour's Sony Open in Hawaii and offers health insurance, 401(k) matching, holiday bonuses, and complimentary parking and meals.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1-3 months of customer service experience
- Prior customer service experience at a golf course
- Must be able to drive a golf cart
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be a team player with a positive attitude
- Must be available to work mid-morning, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to use tee sheet/GPS software with training
