Job Summary
The Golf Cart Attendant provides superior service to members and guests and is responsible for cleaning golf carts, greeting guests, assisting with club cleaning and transportation, detailing and maintaining golf course equipment, and ensuring consistent presentation according to Troon standards. The role requires a knowledge of golf, the ability to lift 40 pounds, safe golf cart operation, independence, teamwork, and a valid driver’s license.
Required Qualifications
- Must play golf and have working knowledge of the game.
- Must be able to lift 40 pounds of golf clubs/buckets of practice balls.
- Must be able to safely operate a golf cart.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must have a valid Drivers License.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be open and available to work weekend and holidays.
