Job Summary
Greet members and guests warmly upon arrival, then organize and manage the distribution and collection of golf carts efficiently. Assist players with loading and unloading bags, ensuring they have all necessary equipment while maintaining an organized staging area. Perform routine cart inspections, cleaning, and detailing to keep vehicles charged and equipped with scorecards, pencils, and tees. Monitor the pace of play and assist players in maintaining a reasonable speed. Address inquiries and concerns promptly, support tournament preparations by setting up signage and markers, and adhere to all safety guidelines. Requires high school diploma, customer service experience, and ability to work weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a hospitality or golf-related setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Physical ability to lift and carry golf bags and equipment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Reliable and punctual, with a strong sense of responsibility
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of golf etiquette and rules is a plus
