Job Summary
Golf Cart Attendant - Bell Services at Westgate Resorts delivers safe, efficient transportation and warm guest service across the property. Responsibilities include staging, cleaning, detailing, inspecting, and maintaining golf carts and luggage carts; transporting guests and belongings around the resort; escorting guests to rooms, assisting with luggage, and explaining room features and resort amenities; supporting room shows, tours, and transportation requests for the front office and sales teams; providing guests with local information, shuttle instructions, directions, and taxi assistance; and maintaining vehicle accountability while reporting damages or safety concerns. Requires 21+ years, valid Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and ability to operate golf carts and a 15-passenger van. Must be able to work outdoors with varying weather and have a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. Demonstrates hospitality, strong communication, empathy, and professional appearance in line with Westgate core values.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 21 years or older
- Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly
- Ability to safely operate golf carts and up to a 15‐passenger van
- Strong communication, hospitality, and guest‐service skills
- Professional appearance and courteous demeanor
- Ability to resolve guest concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with prolonged sun exposure
- Flexible schedule with availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
