Job Summary
Cheerfully engage golfers and club visitors while delivering first-class customer service. Accompany players throughout the course, carrying bags up to 35 pounds each, and provide course knowledge to assist with decision-making. Calculate yardage, locate errant shots, and maintain the course by cleaning clubs and golf balls. Maintain strong safety protocols for patrons and staff. Ideal for those with general golf knowledge, a customer-first personality, and physical capability to carry two heavy bags daily. Flexible schedules available for full days including weekends. CADDIEMASTER manages caddie programs for exclusive private clubs and resorts.
Required Qualifications
- Flexible schedules with availability to work full days, including weekends, as needed
- General golf knowledge, meaning you could play or prompt another golfer
- Outgoing and have a customer-first personality
- Physically capable of carrying two bags that can weigh up to 35 pounds each while walking the length of the golf course multiple times a day
