Job Summary
Deliver exceptional service to guests by actively checking in at the bar and assigned simulators to ensure satisfaction and address concerns promptly. Develop proficiency using golf simulators to guide gameplay, explain data outputs, and enhance the overall experience. Assist with organizing golf bag storage, managing equipment, and performing basic simulator maintenance and troubleshooting. Provide informative facility tours and maintain extensive knowledge of food and beverage offerings to confidently sell and cross-sell products. Use point-of-sale terminals to process payments accurately while ensuring all areas are clean and guest-ready. Follow all health and safety regulations regarding food handling, alcohol service, and cleanliness, including verifying guests' legal drinking age.
