Job Summary
Deliver exceptional service to guests by actively checking in at the bar and simulators to ensure satisfaction, address concerns promptly, and guide guests through gameplay using comprehensive knowledge of equipment and data outputs. Assist with organizing golf bag storage, managing equipment, and performing basic simulator maintenance while maintaining extensive product knowledge to confidently sell and cross-sell lessons, leagues, and memberships. Provide informative facility tours, serve food and beverages accurately using point-of-sale terminals, and verify legal drinking age. Ensure all areas are clean, guest-ready, and compliant with health and safety regulations. Work mornings and afternoons in a fast-paced environment with emphasis on upselling and adhering to service scripts.
