Job Summary
Associates engage in all aspects of due diligence and business analysis focusing on financial modeling, valuation analysis, and market research. Responsibilities include participating in investment structuring and negotiations, monitoring existing investments, and originating investment ideas. Candidates should possess strong quantitative and analytical skills, a flexible mindset, and ideally have prior experience in private equity or credit. A Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field is essential, along with excellent MS Excel skills.
Required Qualifications
- 4 to 5 years of experience in Investment Banking or Principal Investing
- Strong academic record with Bachelor's degree, Master's degree, or equivalent in Finance, Economics, Business Studies, Industrial Engineering or related discipline
- Strong quantitative skills
- Financial modelling skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent MS Excel and knowledge of MS Power Point
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to self-direct and form independent judgments
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Desired Qualifications
- Prior work experience in private equity or private credit
- Fluency in one or more of French, German, Italian or Spanish
