Job Summary
Retail sales associate responsibilities at a Golden Hall store: customer service, applying company policies, contributing to store and company targets, building trust with customers, handling complaints, executing selling-floor processes, stock replenishment, and involvement in inventory and cashier tasks. Requires at least 2 years in sales, familiarity with casual apparel is a plus, degree is an added asset, strong English and computer skills, good communication, team-oriented, with a passion for fashion and sales. Part-time position in a storefront setting in Marousi, Attica, Greece, with in-store benefits and monthly performance bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in sales
- Experience in casual apparel is a plus
- Very good command of English (spoken and written)
- Very good computer skills (MS Office)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Team spirit and customer service orientation
- Interest in fashion and passion for sales
